Abstract

Professor Solomon Y. Freidlin was and remains one of the outstanding scientists in the field of health care management. His works were devoted to the scientific bases of the organization of specialized outpatient and inpatient health care. Professor Solomon Y. Freidlin’s contribution to specialized traumatological and orthopedic care of the adult population is invaluable. 7 doctoral and 54 master’s theses were written and defended under his leadership.
